Got this as an answer if problems were solved by now as willing to purchase (good working ones) :

We've removed the switchbacks from the site, and will be providing full refunds for any customer who is experiencing issues with the switchbacks.

We will be releasing a completely new switchback in the future, after significantly more testing and development are done

Keep an eye on our vendor section for more updates

Appearently the ones CJ pony parts were selling were DD's as well as they are gone as well on their site?

Anyone knows an alternative ?

Got my DD switchbacks installed yesterday and after reading these I'm definitely going to have to keep an eye out for problems.

Mine have been working fine since install 4 days ago, but deff monitoring them. It kind of sucks though to feel you always have to look at the cars bumper in front of you, or randomly check the turn signals, to make sure they are on and switching back correctly. Either way, glad DD will issue a refund if I start to experience issues. This is one of those mods thats not a MUST HAVE for me, if these continue to work then great but I dont need them bad enough to keep switching them out.

I have had my replacements installed for about 4 months and dont think I have had any issues, though I rarely see them from the outside. I had a weird blinker issue that might be related since the lights effect the blinker sound. I had no sound at all from my blinkers for the last week, they were totally silent. However last night they mysteriously started making sounds again. Weird. Again dont know if its related in any way to the switchbacks but thought I would mention to see if anyone else had this happen.

The ebay one could be a good alternative, I read on another thread that some guys had these from some time now and they works nicely.

I'm also interested in these switchback lights but for us europeans it will not be a plug-and-play solution since we haven't the turning light on all the time. ours will be off and goes on (blinking) only when turning.
I definitely would like to have the US configuration, with parking light and turning light ON when the lights selector is in the second position (between OFF and headlights ON) so we can use these switchbacks!

Thanks for the link. These blinks amber WITHOUT white in the middle, right? (E.g. amber-off-amber-off and then back to white)
Do you got the parking lights too? They need to be replaced by a led one to match the color.

correct they blink amber without stopping until you finish your turn indication.

also i got a samsung 10 pack of lights that fit throughout the whole car for 10 dollars...check my ebay links thread

My first set started flickering. Now my second set doesn't go white more than 50% of the time it's supposed to be constantly on, but the amber turn signal does work...and sometimes stays "constant" on instead of the white. I tried flipping the bulb around, still no bueno. :frusty: Emailing DD now. Going to ask for a refund and order the eBay bulbs.
