Digital dash Speedo firmware/logo changes

I’ve heard that the 2018+ digital dashes can be Forscan’ed to display the Shelby start up logo and icons or the Bullitt etc. anyone know if this is true or how to change? I’d rather see the cobra load up than the Pony and since I’m in Australia the Shelbys never came here and I like the logo. I’m sure there’s going to be criticism but your wasting your time I don’t care just looking for advice on whether this can be done or not.

There's a spreadsheet (well a couple) out there with this. Yup, most certainly can be done. You have a couple of cool options. Good luck!

I' ve never seen anything on the digital displays anywhere, including the entire spreadsheet posted above (which is quite limited, I might add). I used the 'quick boot' code from the F-150, and all it did was eliminate the dash animation (a Bullitt, in my case). All we know is if there's such different codes, they're on the IPC module. Somebody will have to mess with FORScan, and see if they uncover the magical codes. Ha ha.

You said digital dash...Are you referring to startup on the digital speedo or the startup on the stereo(infotainment)?

Digital dash infers the speedo and it is also clearly stated in the heading mate. The touch screen monitor is covered in a dozen other pages and I did that months ago it’s the speedo I’m asking for info on.

This is what I understood. But the solutions offered so far have been for changing the infotainment screen startup. The speedo startup cannot be changed using forscan. At least not through a public access level.

I think some of us were unaware the gt500 or 350 had a start up animation on the digital dash is where the confusion comes from. I tried to find a video of the start up to see and cant find one for the gt500. I have two guys with gt500s that come to our Saturday meets ill ask if i can see their start up . but to your post topic.. I haven't seen it mentioned before so not sure if it can or if there is a way.

I guess you mean that horse that pops up for 2 seconds? its such a fats animation i never knew it was there. Its gone before i even look at the dash lol

Yeah there is an animation there plus the mustang logo for my mode is a cobra head instead.
