Hi Guys
First time poster here but have been reading this forum since I bought my car new in 2020. The problem I’m having is I was installing a new amp in the trunk (may have been a coincidence). I was connecting RCAs under the dash and I had an alert tone go off. When I looked up, my digital dash was completely black along with my sync 3 screen. I tried disconnecting the battery for 20 mins with no luck of regaining my lost items. Forscan shows ACM unable to read DTC. It shows the same for the IPC. I have no tones in the car and the auto headlights no longer work. I’m at a loss here. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Check for blown fuses in the kick panel if you have not already.

Thank you for the reply. I checked all the fuses before I posted . I found the problem. I have a loose wire under the drivers side dash to the left of the clutch pedal. Haven’t figured out which one yet but I must have hit it again and everything came back on. I’ll have to investigate further.
