I hear the only over heating issue we have with the GT-PP is diff cooling (unlike GM and their Corvettes, which seem to have really suffering. Just ready this today on autoblog, the saga continues)...

Whats the solution to our diffs? My BMW M6 used to have a diff cooler that hung from the diff. It looked a bit like this

How does the GT350 solve it?

Here is a product that seemed to help (?) for the S197?

Thank you. Excellent discussion on that link. In summary, seems like there are 4 things that will help (cheapest to most expensive):

1) heat wrap for exhaust near diff

2) high temp oil

3) passive differential cooler (finned cast aluminum diff cover with larger oil capacity and lower air scoop similar to transmission cooler in GT-PP). No one makes one yet. Someone please step up! Mishimoto?

4) active wired diff cooler with pump.

I'm def interested in the first two. Wired is overkill for my needs and if 3) is designed properly probably not needed.
