I did bushings and the BMR kit on top of many other things to remove some of the slop from the IRS. My car is an NVH machine though I can’t honestly tell you how much belongs to which pieces. If it was a DD I wouldn’t be happy, as it is its OK for weekend fun. I would seriously consider leaving the bushings out though on a DD because everyone knows they will increase noise levels

Do not do diff bushings! I rode in a car that had them and the nvh was horrible. I have bmr every thing else and the nvh is barely noticeable.

Diff bushings for a DD is not worth it. It was my first mod before a stop the hop kit was even available and immediately amplified the slop in every shift. Everything else was good until I did the carbon fiber driveshaft and that amplified the slop more. I would avoid the diff bushing for sure if you DD, I kept mines since its now a once a weekender now in good old Cali and its new laws

Hmmm, the differential bushing kit is one of the few remaining items I could install on mine. I have practically every Steeda suspension part available installed already, or getting installed very soon. I just never got around to installing the differential bushing kit. Sounds like it's staying in the box.

Basically none unless you are drag racing and looking for every little tenth. It does nothing for handling whatsoever. Should be left to very last or don't even do it at all.

A rear lower control arm bearing is a much better upgrade than this.

The diff bushing upgrades are usually always the last parts I ever recommend to my customers when I am asked.

They serve a pretty good purpose, but most often times they are not needed for the majority.

I tell people to work from the outboard side, inboard - save the diff mods for last. Concentrate on stabilizing the Wheel/Knuckle assembly and the IRS Subframe and you will be happy.

What the end goal?
I drag race mine and haven't touched a single suspension component yet still do 1.3x 60's

Auto's do not seem to be the wheel hop monsters that the manuals are. I did my mods for the street not the strip. On the street my car would violently wheel hop anytime I would loose traction. It was that bad I almost got rid of the car. With a bias slick on it launched great and no hop at all even with stock suspension.

I had diff inserts on my my car and I took them off, gear whine was so bad. I need to figure out something, my drivers rear diff bushing is ripped but I dont want to go aftermarket and stock bushings look to be unavailable without buying the whole rear sub frame. All the other bmr parts added no nvh.

I have the Steeda red diff bushings on mine. The only "noise" is when letting off the gas you can hear it clunk. Just riding along normally there's no NVH.

1. We need the details of your car, and what mods you've already done to it. Put it in your sig-line, like everyone else. We do it for a reason.

2. What are you trying to accomplish?
he has a gt - pretty clearly written in his profile.
