I'm going to take my BMR vertical links off tomorrow. Sick of the damn squeaking. Car sounds like a damn jalopy driving down the road when it goes over dips in the road.

Curious what vertical link kit you guys purchased? I think there are 3 kinds.

I have the TCA046 and they are both squeak free.

Squeak is probably coming from the upper mount. I was worried about noise (from my past experiences using Energy Suspension parts) as well so I went spherical up top. More movement up top versus the lower mount.

It's odd... It sounds like it's coming from the lower control arm forward bushing. I put a socket on the nut and raised and lowered it with a jack and could feel the vibration as it was squeaking when I lowered it.

I believe the instructions from BMR do not require any type of lube to be used. I know there is certain grade of delrin that has teflon but not sure if that is used for these parts. Maybe some lithium or silicon / Teflon lube will quiet it down.

I have TCA046. Now that I've had time to really drive the car around and I took each part off separately between driving I can see how each individual part felt. I'll say that I really really like the Steeda differential bushings. I'd love to get this cradle lockout back on the car as long as I know the noise was only from the vertical links. Not really sure what to do about those yet

Agreed on the STEEDA kit...my driveline is super quiet and tight; meaning no clunk, thuds, or popping noises. That one barely audible thud last night while making a right turn never happened again. Gonna take the car out Monday for a spirited run up in the mountains to see how she handles.

If anyone has doubts about the STEEDA kit, don't even hesitate.

I know BMR had recommended changing the lower control arm bushings when adding vertical links so maybe the noise was from that
