You know you're old when you listen to am radio. I listen to am radio myself. :lol:Am/fm.
Fm works for the most part from what I recall, but the am channels are pretty weak.

Im a bit older, not much though. I listen to that as well. On my way home its definitely Fm or silence so i can enjoy the sound of the car.Yeah, I'm 47, but do listen to music most of the time, but it's on my thumb drive. I got in a habit years ago to listen to the news and talk channels on am radio on the way to work in the morning. But on the way home it's something completely different and much louder.

I wish I could agree. I think from an ease of use it is, but from a sound quality perspective it is horrible. My home stereo I was gifted from my father. It is a Marantz 2270. The sound quality is so good I cannot even listen to ear buds anymore. My girlfriend bought me a bluetooth wireless thing that plugs into the RCA jacks on the back, for my phone to send music. I rip my own music from records and CDs most of the time. high bit rates or lossless only. Sounds terrible compared to firing in a CD. Problem is, most people choose convenience over quality. I will agree on the amount of options thoughSmart phones and bluetooth is one of the best things to happen to car audio. You can listen to anything so easily. You can also listen to CNN on the Tune in app. That costs money on SiriusXM. Anybody know of any other good news sources? I've already got alternative news sources covered. But major networks live stream? Or heck even BBC or RT would be great.
