Did everyone else know we have a HUD?

Found out last night while going through guages we have a shift light HUD... I did not know this, nobody here has spoken of it.

Am I behind the power curve?

Yes, no heads down shifting anymore. Its fully configurable with several modes

The shifting HUD is a bonus but I sure wish Ford had chosen to include a full-fledged HUD. Once you use one, you never want to go back to the old way.

Yeah, this light array is on cars with S&S and used for a crash warning indicator.

Dash looks like it's in track mode, probably has all the nannies turned off.

So true, had one on my Z06 and loved it. It’s the one thing I miss on my Porsche 911.

My '18 F250 has the row of LED's but they're red. Can't speak about 150's but it wouldn't surprise me if they have them as well.

They work with the radar radio up front and if your closure rate to the car in front exceeds some limit, the row flashes and a horn sounds. It WILL get your attention if you're not ready for it.

If any of you drive as I do, you may also find this to be annoying as often as it's helpful. I AM using the auto throttle <smile> a lot more in the truck to try and avoid another speeding ticket. <chuckling>

These car deserve respect, DCT won’t save your ass going sideways. The nannies might be quick enough, but not always.

But, appeared to be driving pretty straight, so was wondering if there was some other input that wasn't obvious.

not sure. ive handled a lot of cars, i was not expecting that, at that speed. maybe i went through some dampness. I was out playing last night which was colder and damper and had no issue in 2nd gear. this car is phenominal as far as grip, bu anything with this much power has to be respected

or maybe thats the real power the car has, as it was on the 2-3 shift i believe, and we know for a fact power is restricted in 1 and 2.

Which again, tells me with a real tire, the DCT is gonna rip in the 1/4 mile when its unleashed
