Has anyone communicated with or ordered from devils own in a while?

I’m looking to place an order but had a few questions first but I’ve sent multiple emails with no response and it seems like their phone is disconnected or something...

I ordered from them less than a year ago.

I could be wrong but I believe the owner passed away a couple years ago so I'm not sure who's running the company now. I sent them an email before for a problem/refund on my order and I got no response but got the refund. Seems like they're just running on bare bones still selling product but not much else.
