There’s no way to track your Mustang on a train or a boat now, unless you know someone in Ford

Okay so Eclipsar knows there’s no tracking in place so I’ve done a bit of detective work. The last bulk vehicle carrier that left Baltimore for Zeebrugge departed only a few days after my car was built, so it couldn’t have made that one as they take at least a week by train from Flat Rock.

The next one is called the Fedora. En route from the west coast of the USA via the Panama Canal it has called at Manzanillo, Brunswick, and Savanna in Georgia. Due to sail from there tonight for Baltimore it will depart again 11 Dec for Zeebrugge arriving on Dec 21.

I believe all uk cars are unloaded there even though the ship carries on to Bremerhaven and finally Southampton, but that info is a year old from someone I know who tracked his car back when that was possible.

So anyone who had a build date around end of Nov might be on the ship with me!

You need to look for ships like the Atlantic Star and Atlantic Sail, I think there is four in the fleet

20th November, still just showing no update on Etis, just as:

ETIS is showing the same for me...

My build date is 10th December, but I haven't seen any change on ETIS? Think I will pop by my dealer tomorrow...

Mine is being built next Monday (17th) according to the window sticker but not showing on ETIS yet.

If you have a window sticker with blend date I'm pretty sure that will happen and just a case that ETIS isn't updated as often as you may think.

Doesn't look like that's the case, 1Mikey had the same blend date as me and his Etis updated almost 10 days ago now. Messaged [email protected] a few times, either they don't know or are swamped as I haven't had a reply or heard anything since they gave me the VIN in October.

Yeah, I have emailed mustang (Ford) previously, and like you, no response. Pretty poor comms by Ford, but will see what my dealer has to say tomorrow, only a 150 mile round trip, hence why I would prefer online updates, but at least I am making the trip for other reasons.

Update: still no online update, and dealer update (21st Dec) no gate release date as yet ... the wait goes on... think I'll take a break for a while as I have been teasing myself with YouTube Mustang videos, so time to take a break me thinks

My build date was 28 Nov and since then, on a Thursday I think each time, more and more details have been added to my ETIS. I asked dealer if he could spec a heated steering wheel as I saw them standard on the US Bullitt but he said it wasn’t available. However there’s one on my ETIS list so are we all getting one or is my dealer a really nice guy?

Latest from him is car arrives with him 20 Jan but at the moment I don’t know where it is, still in USA or on a ship somewhere. More patience required....

Checked ETIS today... and the colour has been added
