This is a 270 tire on a 9.5 inch wheel with +33 offset. It's poking about 1/8 inch.

The common 19x11 +50 are pretty flush if not slightly past the fender. A 19x10.5 +25 will sit another full inch further.

In the front it can be done as people do put 19x11 +25, but it will take some hella camber.

It only takes about -2ish for that 19x11 to work. It'd be fine on the 19x10.5. Rear, no way.

You can’t really match flush front and flush rear without running different offsets F/R. The fronts need to be ~20mm farther out for the same size wheel.

Some of run slip on spacers over extended studs to get that different offset if the front, so that we can keep square rotatable with the same wheel offset. Slip on spacers (not bolt on) with high quality studs like ARP are completely safe, and racing teams often use that method. Bolt on spacers are the thing to avoid.
