De-chroming the interior

That looks very good, and is quite similar to what I want. I worry about the durability of plasti-dip on the wheel, though, as that's a heavy-use surface.

How did you find the disassembly?

Disassembly is fairly easy. I have had plastidip on my cupholders, shifter trim, dash, AC vents, and speedo trim for about 14 months. Its been on the steering wheel, and radio knobs for about 3 months.

How did you do the door latches? Did you take them off the car or wrap them as is? Same with the gauge cluster? Those two places look to be the most difficult to wrap (at least that's what my interior guy said).
