how do you remove the steering wheel parts? I wanna paint mines too!

I'm on mobile and so iit'sa chore to dig it up, but I think if look through my thread history I posted a diy on the wheel bezels. TTime-consuming but not hard. I wrapped my bezels and they look great, but I'd really like to do my instrument cluster!
