Gents,

Just moved to DC so at some point in the near future I will have to switch my registration from NC to DC.

My car has LT catted headers and a tune. Will it have any issues passing emissions?

That I do not know, NC didn't require emissions since my car was never 3 years old when I lived there.

Can I check that with my SCT?

In all likelihood your tune has your rear O2 sensors disabled rendering an instant fail.
