That's disappointing. He was good before and not sure why he hasn't been available. Did you try emailing him directly through blackbox.ca?

I have been replying to him and explaining that the discount code is only for dash cams only, not accessories which he wants free shipping for. I'm trying to I get a discount for him, but he isn't cooperating. :shrug:

Chameleon, the customer is not always right. try pull that on your next insurance claim refusal.
It was communicated that it was free shipping on the cam only. If that's not acceptable to you then you're free to shop anywhere you want.
