I do not recall ever seeing a Submariner without the rotating bezel. Which version ia this?

This is the only one I know of. It's affectionally referred to as the "Hulk".

The proper watch while drivng the Bullitt is a not green Benrus 3061.

I grabbed a dark green dial watch off eBay last year that pairs really well with my Bullitt—it wasn’t pricey, but looks sharp enough for meets and casual weekends. If you're into detailed replicas, I also saw a 1:1 super clone rolex online that had an olive green dial, and honestly, the finish was solid. Would be a fun option if you're not set on official pieces.
