Cut wire in fuse box...?

Came across this today while changing my cabin air filter...any guesses what the previous owner could have wired to fuse 36? Diagram says auxiliary body module.

That's the worst way to do that, strip a wire and jam it under the fuse...WOW

@OP... I'm guessing you bought the car used? Kinda makes you wonder what else the previous owner might have half-assed!

That would be for amp remote or some turn on wire for another purpose. First of all, dumb place to accomplish this (can be done inside of the car). Secondly, dangerous way to do it. And to think how lazy he/she was to not just pull the fuse to remove this... wow.
