I know at one point there was a customer service rep here we could contact.
Here is my issue that I might want to escalate.
I have the A/C evap and compressor failure. I made an appointment in Jan, the dealer said the soonest they could get me in was March 29,2019, I was fine with this. I dropped my car off and they diagnosed the problem above. They then said it was 3 days out of warranty (3/26/19) which is correct. My issue is I made the appointment in Jan, it's not my fault nor should I be penalized for their scheduling. They did submit the paperwork to Ford warranty, which said they would cover $2500 leaving a balance of $600.
I was just wondering if the service rep was still on the forum.
