Custom tune/shift points too fast

Want to ask a question or two about custome tunes.....
My 2016 GT (auto trans) has a custom Livernois tune. It is a great tune, except for one issue. It seems that the 2nd-4th gear shift points are just too fast when daily driving. Not really an issue when hammering on the car though since heavy throttle winds the gears out much better. Its a bit like "bam, bam, bam from 2nd-4th gears. They go really quick, and dont wind out the gears as much as Id like. Is this an easy fix, or does it complicate other factors when addressing this factor? Thanks!!

Should be an easy fix. Just let them know the speed range you were going and about how much pedal you were giving it when this happens. I don't know if you have data logging capabilities, but a cheap odbii scanner or like the Bluetooth connector torque should help you see how much you are pushing your pedal exactly.
