So I just went for a drive for about an hour to run my fuel down then filled up and came home to start my custom tune process. I changed out the plastic IAT sensor to the brass one that PBD sent me with my nGauge. Loaded the base file. When it was successfully loaded it said to shut ignition off for 10 seconds then start the car. Did that and now I have a low oil pressure warning on the dash. Anybody experience this before ? I need to datalog idle and slow rev to 3K rpm. Should I still go ahead with the datalog ? Not sure what to do.

It’s the tune file. Contact PBD.

You think it’s still ok to do the datalog ?
I’m sure I don’t actually have low oil pressure.

I have never heard this before but I used Lund for my nGauge tune. What would be the benefit of this?

I wouldn’t, even though it’s a false warning. Because then you wouldn’t know if you actually had a problem.

I had same issue when I forgot to mention to the tuner that I had a performance pack car with the real oil pressure gauge on the dash. They can easily correct that.
