Should the uk spec have the cup holder lighting ?

We seem to have the door handles/foot well/mustang sign on door sill,

Is it a matter of Ford penny pinching ? or am I missing out ?

I've got it on mine. Runs the same 'Ambient lighting' as the foot wells, Door handles, Mustang scuff plates do.

Then have Gauge lighting, Pony projection lights, and 'Light blue' LEDs backlit for 'core car function buttons such as steering wheel and lights. Most of this is down to the 'Premium' US trim.

The lights are distinguishable by a white strip framing the inside of the cup holder, if you have this and yours DONT light up, chances are your lights are naff :(!

That was one of the first things I did - changed the internal colours to red to match the outside... and yes, I am still just a big kid really!

I went Red all round at first but started to get into trouble with the police so now I am using the purple hue in an effort to calm myself down :D

The ambient lighting for both dials and interior lights only works when the headlights come on automatically in my car i.e. headlights come on and the dials change to the colour set along with the door, footwells and cup holders. I notice as well that I can't play with the colours during the day and shows me a message when trying to do so (can't remember what it says now) is this correct?

You can play with the colours during the day........you just have to switch the lights to the on position to do so....:)
