Just got the P04DB code and CEL last night. I installed the dual valve CC 2 weeks ago and the CSCC this past weekend. I double checked my connections and everything looks good. I've already gotten a little accumulation in the dual valve can and I'm pretty sure my check valves are in the right direction, but I'll double check. I may just end up having Adam turn off the CEL in the tune. Still annoying though.
UPR shipped me a cable with the check valve backwards so be sure they are the right direction. There is a tsb about this code also that you may want to check into. I wouldn't just clear the code without checking it though.

Awesome man thanks again for all your help!!! Wish I could go catless but Illinois sucks and they will notice when you go for emissions testing... :( Upgraded exhaust though is tempting!!! Damn mod bug!!!! Want a better intercooler and radiator also since I have a non PP car.
In IL there is no visual inspection. They only check the car for any codes and the readiness monitors. I passed my z28 when it was all out race car multiple times with a lumpy cam, no cats, dumped at the axle exhaust.

Even with it installed correctly you are eventually going to get a P04DB code.

You got lucky sometimes they will bring the mirrors out if the guy is a Jag or suspects anything. I live in IL also and think the whole emissions test thing is a racket. If you live in DeKalb County you don't have to even go.

That is the first I've heard on any kind of visual. I've been passing all my cars with no issues. Passed my Camaro year in and out since 2004 and my other cars prior to that since the mid 90s. Hell they passed my GFs 95 Civic last month with the car burning coolant and oil (blown head gasket. The car won't die!!) and no muffler... Lol.

Can't believe they passed that civic. There was a guy in a Saturn the last time I went and his car was overheating and they refused to even test it made him actually get out of line and take the car out of there before he even got inside the testing bay.
