Just making sure I'm not being picky here, apologies for the size of the pics. I know we're all very particular about our cars & in not sure whether average joe bloggs would notice these but I'm not happy.
As you can see there's loads of pinch marks in the paint (pretty sure that's not the official name )and the white spot in middle of 3rd pic is actually missing paint.

They are called fish eyes, usually caused by contamination (often with silicone but sometimes just dust)... where is this car being sprayed? in somebodies garden?

Because if it's in an actual bodyshop I wouldn't be expecting that to happen

If you remember the previous time you thought it was silicon contamination when the last respray flared up. So they've sorted that and made a mess of the rest. It was at the Benfield Audi bodyshop, this time I reckon it'll be Ford fixing their mess. I want this to be the last time. I've had the car 5 weeks and its spent nearly 2 weeks of that in the bodyshop.

Really wish they hadn't supaguarded it free of charge, the clear is full of swirl marks. I'm going to have to get it paint corrected then done correctly myself. Luckily there's a really well regarded gtechniq detailer close by.

:doh: that's not good is it, your car is going to have had more paint on it in the first month than most cars should have in their lives

I'm surprised places still offer 'supaguard' and the likes... they are really just a paint 'warranty' but ultimately utterly pointless imo

Car in a bodyshop of my choosing now, 3rd time lucky. Hopefully this time it'll be done correctly.
Told the dealership not to touch it when it comes back as i'm going to get it paint corrected & detailed by a local GTechniq detailer, dealership manager has offered to pay towards that for me which is good of him.
Have some interesting footage from my dashcam which probably influenced his decision there, his "trusted driver" discussing me and the dashcam oddly enough without realising that its recording every word he says. Let's just say the driver (who had one of the used car salesman in the passenger seat) was less than complimentary about me ... and he's never ever met me before.

Does sound like the salesman is genuinely accepting they've done a poor job and is trying to keep you happy, he's just been let down by the workshop.
