it can use the wifi to update it's software and it can also use the connection to download album art from Gracenote. The car also has its own wifi network passengers can connect to and share the internet connection of a bluetooth connected phone.
  2. Underseal at Zeebrugge.

Isn't the service book purely ornamental now that the service logs for the car are all digital?
  3. windscreen replacement

To be fair I tried the source the glass directly from Ford (a massive 1150 quid before VAT) and they gave me the exact same lead time as Autoglass as they had none in the UK
  4. windscreen replacement

Anybody else had to have their windscreen replaced yet? I got two stone chips in mine back in late Feb and one instantly split the entire screen in half  It's taken a VERY long time for autoglass to get a screen because Ford didn't have any in the country... Is it me or did Ford just...
  5. loss of power

Funny this topic should come up, for the past few days I've noticed several times that the car seems to be down on power at times. It feels like a flat spot in the power band and it wasn't present previously... However up till recently I'd been using Shell Vpower but switched to Tesco 99 octane...
  6. Superchargers

I do like the idea of the shelby 350 intake setup, gains some decent extra power without going the whole forced induction route
  7. Superchargers

I have a sort of unwritten rule that all my cars have to have at least 30% more power than they were designed for  Which is why I stuck a cossie lump in my Capri's  Now that I'm used to it, the 415 bhp doesn't feel like all that much. Yes it's quick, 4.something to 60 quick...
  8. Superchargers

I keep looking at the Ford Racing / Roush supercharger kits from the states and getting very tempted. Anybody already brought one over and got it fitted?
  9. Press day at silverstone

  11. A hello & thanks to the forum (with pictures of the new arrival...)

Not just mugged off but it would be VERY hard for you to fit yourself. You have to remove that part of the dash, the existing plate is held in with adhesive and has to be cut to remove it and then glue in the correct plate. My dealer didn't know how the dash came apart and took an extra day...
  12. Seats comfort

Mine are fine (6 foot and 15 stone). They do make my arse a bit sore after more than an hours drive mind you
  13. A hello & thanks to the forum (with pictures of the new arrival...)

It absolutely is NOT up to you to fit the plate! The dealer should have done that for you...
  14. A hello & thanks to the forum (with pictures of the new arrival...)

Welcome to the forum and Mustang ownership. It's crazy that your car was built a month before mine but arrived a month later! Mines 53 of 500
  15. Cati UCL car here at last !!!! live road test report

That is only for the UCL cars. I can't believe Ford are still delivering UCL cars this late on? The UK UCL cars were sold as being 'the first' but we all know that's tosh. Even so I'd have expected them all to be out before now.
  16. F5 satnav card

I asked my dealer on Friday about the F5 satnav card as mine came with an F4. He said he'd only been told about the F5 card today and that if I wanted one it would be ÂŁ79 inc vat Does anybody know when the F5 cards came out? I think it's a bit rich asking me to buy one for a car that is only...
  17. Sport +

Yes it does seem to, and track more even more so... if you can use it in the wet without going backwards unexpectedly
  18. Oh My Goodness !

Welcome to the fun club, meetings held daily at every petrol station you won't be driving past lol On another note my gearbox whines as well (mainly in 1st and 2nd)

Works spot on for me as well... maybe you just need to enunciate
  20. Anyone know what this switch is for under the dash?

All UK Fords have fuel cutoff's and have done since the late 1980's
