Mine was built on 8/28 and it is still waiting to be shipped, to Ohio???

It hasn’t been released from the plant yet, KKenny. Once it does and get put out to await shipment, we’ll have more info.

The status of my 350 has been awaiting shipment for over a week - and I understand how it may be even longer before it is shipped. The question is mine seems to have gone through production on one day and the to awaiting shipment the next day. Is that possible. Why would there be a difference (I have a black roof, not stripes). Just wondering

I was able to get COTUS to work for both mine and my brothers new 2017 mustangs that are on order!! WooHoo!

It's back!!!!

Now if I could just get my window sticker...better yet my mustang!

I looked up a few cars on the lot at my dealer to get an idea of the shipping times and they all showed the same date for completing the production and awaiting shipment steps. Admittedly I have a very small sample size but it seems like they get them shipped out pretty quickly after they roll off the line.

Come to find out it only "seemed" that way. My car just updated to "In Transit" sometime after lunch yesterday and the completion date shown for the "Awaiting Shipment" step is 9/22. :headbonk:

I guess COTUS is a dirty rotten liar :lol:

After the Regional Sales Manager made a visit last week to my dealership and was informed of my month ago finished build, I just noticed on cotusb that my status went from awaiting shipment to in-order processing.

If I ever actually get my Mustang I guess I will nickname it Lazarus...

Well originally COTUS showed my delivery date for today, 10/10...when I look at COTUS this morning, still shows in transit but the estimated delivery date and days left info has completely disappeared. Hoping that's a good sign but also hope that's not a bad sign either.

Update: my mustang just got delivered to the dealership last night!

I ordered my Mustang on 10/10. I've got my order number and dealer code, but COTUS still isn't working for me. Is there an average amount of time before it works or is it random?
I know after 17 days it'll still just show in processing, but I want to be able to see it for myself

Mine only worked with the VIN number which i got after a month from order date. Order number and dealer code never worked for me
