Cotus website not working properly?

So for just the past week, COTUS has not been loading properly on my desktop computer anymore. It always used to work fine. I also tried it on my phone and its not working on that device either. When I put in my VIN it wont open anything as well. Anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it ?
