put the money toward a spring compressor and do it yourself. its really easy
I went this route but you could also just borrow a tool from any auto parts store. Plenty of videos available to help if needed. If you go with a pro shop don't forget to ask them to clock your bushings and also ask about an alignment after you put a few miles on the car (needed to settle the new springs).

Is there a difference between the 2015 and 2017, cause all the quotes I get are about $945 to $1700.

I got quoted $1,000 by my local certified Roush/Ford dealer. That included springs, installation, and an alignment. Along with a 1 year warranty on their work.

It depends. Get a reputable shop to do it. They have to clock the bushings, do a full 4 wheel alignment. You want a shop that does good alignments. A good alignment will dictate how well your car drives and handles. Don't skimp out on it. You also have to consider the possibility of noises arising from the spring install if not done correctly.
