Out of town for a baseball tournament, we made a stop at the Corvette Museum in Bowling Green. It’s pretty awesome and the fact you can choose to do museum delivery for your ordered Vette is a cool touch. We saw 6 people taking delivery while we were there, and they got the white glove treatment. I wish Ford would offer something like that for Mustang or at the very least the Shelby models (when they were available). GM charges an extra fee for it but I think it’s worth it for the overall experience. The silver and rapid blue C8’s are cars that were being picked up with the Corvette crews giving the owners the full tour of their cars. The even start them up right in the museum.
Anyway, cool thing to do if you’ve never been. Got to see the LT6 motor up close and personal as well. Here’s a few of the 40+ pics I took. The red C8 with the tan/camel interior a few pics down is the E Ray, looks badass. I prefer the C7 in terms of overall looks and being able to fit in it, but no denying the performance of the C8.
