cold start is loud but it doesn't last long. I guess depending on how long your cold start is in your climate. Now far as getting around the neighborhood. I mean you're gonna hear it outside of the car but if you keep it around or under 2000-2500k it's not loud but yes you'll hear it. you have to intentionally make it loud. In my my neighborhood I can get up to 3rd gear if I feel like it to keep it quieter to keep rpm's down but I really don't care at the same time.

They don't pay my car payment or my house payment lol but I'm not an asshole with it by any means. It was same way with frpp sport too even knowing it wasn't as loud.

Any chance you can get us an interior vid?
yessir, I'll either post it separately or it will be in the frpp vs corsa vid. I can't get that video done quite yet because I'm not putting the gopro on the car until it stops raining and I can get it cleaned up.

valentinoamoro and ACR,

I'd be willing to bet that you could easily go thru the neighborhood just fine. If his setup is anything like mine, the volume is totally manageable with the throttle. Cold start will be pretty loud for about 10 to 15 seconds, but other than that, you should be fine. Khyber can verify better, but I'm pretty sure you'd be fine.

Edit: Khyber beat me to it.

actual "drone", no. zero drone.

some tone, yes depending on the rpm but it's very slight. Just like the frpp sport I had. Chances are only time you'll really hear it while cruising is if your going up a hill and need more throttle but that's not drone and certainly isn't loud. prob won't notice it with radio on.

No, but based off of his vid and others I've seen, they are very close in overall sound (tone and volume). I'm currently running Roush ab's with an x-pipe.
Got it. Thanks!

Having heard corsa extremes and a roush + h setup in person...the roush setup was deafening at 6-7k(louder than the corsa). Although I was standing RIGHT behind the car.

Love the sound of these! My short list is Corsa Extreme, AFE, or Magnaflow Competition. They all sound great in videos but need to hear something in person. And the video of the AFE was on their shop car with LT's so also want to hear it with stock headers and cats. The AFE has the X with that interesting H towards the rear section that they say was put there strictly for what it did keep drone away. They all look to have great build quality and close enough in price. The deciding factor will be trying to hear them all in person. Time to scope out C&C for each of them now.

got it from american muscle they were able to price match and beat the lowest price I found out there at the moment plus gave me a free shirt! Plus they had it in stock.

everything lined up great once I fixed it all. UPS played hockey with the box (i got another thread couple threads down some where with the pics) and I had a bent connection on the tip, bent connection on the muffler, and bent muffler hangar. All which I beat and shaped back into place because I had already sold my frpp sport and couldn't wait to ship it back and get another one. Wasn't really a big deal truthfully just took some grown man strength. all good. I got such a good deal on it AM couldn't give me any compensation which I understood (unless I wanted to switch it out for another was only option) except for whenever I want to place another order one day, to contact them first. So i said fine with me! I kept them in the loop and they said they would pass it all on to corsa...but really nothing anyone could do to prevent it except for ups lol.

Wow! Thunder Valley came to mind. I hear it echo off the hills. I like the tone too, and not overly raspy/poppy. I've always liked a car with a deep exhaust tone/throb. I went with the Magnaflow competition for mine. A little loud in the cab at 1800-2000, but nothing a little dynamat and insulation in the trunk didn't fix.

Also, Has anyone else noticed that it takes 500 miles or so for a new exhaust to "find its happy spot?" Every catback I've installed seems to 'settle down' after a month or so into the tone/sound it will have for the rest of its life. I can't explain the science - heat cycling maybe? Kinda like 'exhaust puberty' - voice changes. :D
