Just ordered a whipple kit for my 350. My question revolves around the cooling mods and clutch. Has anyone done the mods in the car? Second, I was thinking about upgrading the clutch at the same time of the install. I will probably do the clutch at the same time and was wondering if there was enough roof with the transmission out to do the cooling mod or if I should go ahead and drop the kmember.

What type of cooling mods were you looking to do? Intercooler cooling or engine cooling?

As far as the clutch goes a Mcleod RXT, Mantic or Spec twin would work well for you. Depending on what your power goals are for the car and what type of driving you do with it will help determine which one would best suit your specific needs. Feel free to reach out to us with any questions and we'll be glad to assist you!

Thanks!

Im referring to the cross over tube in the back of the motor that replaces the rear freeze plugs. My question has to donwith accessability. I did reach out to MMR as well.

I just spoke to Will@Rarefab and he said installing the cooling mod from the bottom with the trans out will make your life and the install 20X easier.

Let me know if there's anything else I can help you with.

Thanks!

The cooling mod install is very simple even with the transmission in. so with the transmission out it should be Childs play
