Does anyone's cooled seats work correctly? On the highest setting I feel almost nothing on the seat and absolutely nothing on the back. Honestly, do we just have to live with this or is there a fix?

Mine work good, they're not arctic cold, but do keep my back end from getting all sweaty in the Houston heat and humidity.

No complaints here either, they work well. Not as well as the heat settings but they cool the seats off enough here in Vegas that they are nice and comfortable.

There's a Ford TSB (don't remember what page, it was on, pretty sure you can search that thread for it - they may have already fixed it on the '16's, I'm not 100% sure on that), which kind of works/kind of doesn't. There's also a DIY "fix" which helps the issues a little bit also in that thread. I did the DIY version - it's still not as good as other cooled seats, but I can at least feel a bit of cold air on the seat back most of the time.

They work about as well as I'd expect them to. If you think your shoulder blades are going to be ice cold. Your setting yourself up for disappointment.

I had the TSB done by Ford. Fixed the issue which sounds to be the same you are experiencing.

Only the seat bottoms really work for cooled seats. Common issue. Not worth taking in for the TSB since the fix doesn't really work. They may have fixed it in newer models though.

At least the seat warmers work great for the lower back.

The bottom is very good but the back is lacking. 2016 GT.

2015 Eco here. Bottoms always great. Took it in for the TSB for the seat backs, new blower plus intake tube routed to below the seat. Marginal improvement, as in you feel a little cooling instead of nothing.

Same here - butt is cool, back is not. Having an issue with my Nav so when I take it in for that will have them look at the TSB as well.

went to the doc this morning, they seemed to work incredibly well when its not super hot out, when it is very hot they work but take longer to get cold

For me, if it is moderately warm (~70) I can definitely feel it in both the back and the butt. But if it gets warmer (>80) I can really not feel them cooling, but they do remove the heat if that makes sense.
