Convertible Damage

Hello I would like to know what do you think about the damages to the top cover roof of this convertible.Does it need to be replaced or can it be fixed?
It's not my car and it has been vandalized but I am interested in it.

the cheapest price I saw for a top and headliner is $3600 and it doesn't include labor.

That sounds about right. If you are interested in it I'm sure you will incorporate that in the price. I had a convertible top replaced many years ago. They used a factory part and the results were very good. It looked like new. It was a mopar vehicle and much simpler top, however. But I saw it when they were midway through. Unbelievable how many screws and fasteners were involved! Labor will be significant!
