I've had a similar sound. It comes and goes. For me I think it's in the center near the windshield in the convertible top. I haven't been able to really figure out a way to fix it but if I stop halfway for a couple seconds when I'm putting top up it seems to help.

I've unlatched the top while driving and pushed it up, but still heard the creaking sound; which makes me lean towards some part of the dash.

Can't freaking figure out if it's the dash, door or convertible top
Have you been able to address this with your Ford Dealer, WesleyEng?

Not yet, I plan on bringing up all my issues at the 5k oil change
No problem, WesleyEng. Please be sure to PM me with your VIN, dealer, mileage, full name, and best daytime number when you make your appointment.

You ever get that fixed?

I just assumed it's cowl quiver and just shrug it off
No, going when I hit 5k miles yet. I did find out where that specific noise is coming from, because it stopped when I pushed down on the dash trim that holds the gauges and vents, but now I have another rattle coming from the top left corner of my windshield where it latches onto the top. Sounds like a little ball bearing bouncing on top of a glass desk

Yep, same here, feel like you hit the wrong pothole or bump and the glass will shatter xD

Any luck?

Took my car in the other day for the cracking rattle and while they greased it and trimmed part of the latch, still persisted after I drove it around for 10-15 mins (dropped the top, put it back up, removed the plate from my dash, still was there)

It only happens once in a while now, and I figured out where it was coming from for the noise in THIS video. It's the dash trim that houses the turbo gauge. When I push down on it, the noise goes away. Hopefully when I bring it in for my 10k mile service it will happen, but I really don't want them to take it apart and have anything else get worse.
