I noticed there is some condensation in the headlight assembly on cold mornings, goes away when I drive the car and things heat up.

i'm going to the service advisor to fix a failed backup camera - wanted to see if I should raise this.

I have yet to own a Mustang that didn't do that. Our Flex does it as well. Cold mornings, rainy days, during washing; anytime there is moisture in the air but yes, it does clear up once warm.

The headlight units are vented and are supposed to do this. I don't know the page, but the owners manual addresses this.

No necessarily - some units are sealed with moisture removed/inert gasses(so no condesation. Depends on make/model I guess

Page 224 of the Owners Manual:

Exterior lamps have vents to accommodate normal changes in pressure. Condensation can be a natural occurrence of this design. When moist air enters the lamp assembly through the vents, there is a possibility that condensation can occur in cold temperatures. When normal condensation occurs, a thin film of mist can form on the interior of the lens. The mist eventually clears and exits through the vents during normal operation. Clearing time may take as long as 48 hours under dry weather conditions.
Examples of acceptable condensation are:
• Thin mist without streaks, drip marks or droplets.
• Fine mist that covers less than 50% of the lens.
Examples of unacceptable moisture are:
• Water puddle inside the lamp.
• Large water droplets, drip marks or streaks on the interior of the lens.

Thanks for the precise description. At this point its within the acceptable range. Congrats to the 13 GHIG 302 - other than the 15 TY GT PP (I'm biased) thats my fave color combo/model of Mustang.:clap2:
