I'm determined to do this next year. I have a 71, so a 2021 would be a nice 50 year anniversary. That's if they don't (hopefully they do) bring out the Mach 1 to replace the Bullit.

Added Cervnin Chin spoiler and Liquid Viynl Roush front splitter with rods and side splitters with fins. Better photos to follow.

Chin really gives me the Mach1 front I’ve been wanting.

well time to work on making it fictional. Received the upper shaker tube which points to passenger side. (tried flipping it upside down so it’s on the drivers for ideas). Decided to cut the tube off the passenger side to reattach to the drivers side. Decided didn’t like it so i attached a 3” tube and cut it down to clear the valve cover. patched it all up then decided to use the part i cut from the stock tube to make an intake with an edelbrock filter I had at the house. Found some 3” flex tube so now i’ll make a shield and a box.

Scratches the custom intake and modified the stock upper and lower air box. Shaker is now functional.

After thinking about how the air coming into the air box is not filtered and any debris can get sucked into the engine i decided to add mesh filter by cutting up an old intake cone filter. The shaker system is complete back on and looking truly OEM as I can get it for now.

Decided that I was gonna add some Ford blue like the old 70’s Mach1. Made a foam insert for shaker for when it’s not in use to prevent debris from going in ( remove before flight tag ordered ). Repainted the chipped black emblem white. Hood struts ordered so I can remove hood prop.
