Comp Orange Mach1 build on 2015

I was watching a video the covered all the details of the new super snake and as the reviewer the side they talked about them. I was already planning on doing something like this since older mustangs had them. I like the placement and the size of them. give us a little more but subtle. 8:50 into the video he talks about it.

Those sail panel emblems also first appeared on the 2015 mustang shelby gt..did yours come from shelby American? ..would be interesting to know if they had a placement/location stencil available..I've got the 2" GT sail emblems but no stencil or measurements to apply them

I don’t have anything from shelby american I found some pony tri bar with a wreath emblem i’m gonna try depending on how they look. I have to paint them matte black since they are chrome.

Well my rear quarter emblems came in and I was gonna matte black them but I think I’ll leave them chrome for now.

removed spoiler since a i needed it gone for the custom rear stripe I had made. cleaned up the area and plugged the holes for now. the new one should be here friday. It’s a GT350 style wing in matte black with the bottom panel to cover the holes.

So came across a 05-09 cervinis rear eleanor add on. $30 to be able to try and make something custom. Worth it to me worse case I get to practice body work and my just have more garage art if I fail. Should be interesting. got to find ideas if i can’t find a S550 rear exhaust covers.

so I did a rendering not the greatest with the stripes and 350r spoiler. added a more aggressive diffuser. more than likely if i do this i’m gonna get a used rear bumper to work on. think i’m gonna try and keep original paint scheme with diffuser in orange and find a way paint lower section matte black. After looking through pics i saw the 10-14 eleanor pic and what i’ll attempt to replicate in a way.

installed the custom rear stripes came out great had to remove the matte black from panel and the inner portions of the taillights since the mach1 emblem residue was not gonna come off without damaging it. The GT350 style wing should be here by end of the week and hopefully next payday I get the honeycomb panel and 69-70 billet gas cap.

placed the drivers side rear quarter emblem after making a template from passengers side. Changed rear caliper color since my upgraded were painted blue just waiting on mach1 decals to arrive. while rims were off cleaned the rims, fender wells, touched up the tire lettering and add the front brake kit. to at least passenger side have drivers side tomorrow along with bleeding brakes.

The stripe on the trunk looks sweet. Exactly what I'm planning on for mine...I just haven't got around to doing it yet

another pony emblem for the front grill, centered this time and spoiler in. UPS was 3 hours late so install will be tomorrow
