Love my guard and my Dark Saddle. Some times I think about Ruby Red as a lost opportunity-----but you cannot get that with Dark Saddle
Yeah that looks awesome. I'll try a long shot swap if possible. :)

I didn't want competition orange when I bought my Cobra but I got too good of a deal to pass up. To say it grew on me is an understatement and I will have no regrets with this car. That being said, if CO wasn't available I would have gotten DIB with Dark Saddle. Guard would have been my third choice.

I like black so much, I did it twice! I bought a manual first go around and the wife wouldn't drive it (maybe not a bad thing) but I want her to feel comfortable driving it so I traded it for an auto. We looked at other colors and trim packages but in the end, we ended up with the same car but with an auto and the 401A equipment package. The first one had the 400A.
Here is mine (ours),

Is it the first one or the second? No one will ever know by the picture. LOL!

I had bought mine initially without the x-plan but still got a decent deal. The new one was purchased on the x-plan and offset the trade some. The dealership had changed hands between purchases and when I got the new one, I was given a life time warranty on the power train instead of the factory 5 year.

I don't know what you're discouraged in. This car is gorgeous, minus the bottom side strip and FORD racing across the front windshield.

Wash, clay, wash again, and apply some Polish Angel Ceramic coating on it and that thing will stop traffic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just something I stress over after 3 months of owning it and was wondering if anyone else felt same. I had a black 11 gt and a white 13 gt and wanted some color. While I love the orange I see a couple of them around and just hard to be different then them.
I always have liked black Mustangs, but lately I've been considering buying a GT350 and I'm really over thinking the color choice.

Black is stealthy (less likely to get picked up by cops). Also black calls less attention to itself in a parking lot (I'm self-conscious about my car craziness).

However, black is a little plain, too. So that gets me thinking about magnetic - maybe with a subtle black roof and black stripes. But then I love avalanche too. And the yellow is awesome.

My 2015 also has some paint chips, which bother me a little and make me want to consider a lighter color that will hide damage better.

I can say I really feel the same way as you. I think for me it comes from thinking I might own the car for a number of years, which makes the decision seem more important to me.

My black Mustang looks nice when it's clean for 2 seconds after washing it. I didn't regret my choice until I saw a Guard premium GT with saddle interior at my local dealership. I'm seriously thinking of ordering a 2016 with that combination.

I don't regret going CO. I'm starting to see a ton of s550's in the area but so far only 1 other CO.

One think I like about the CO is how well it hides dirt. My car is covered in a layer of pollen and dust right now but unless you are right up on it the car still looks spotless. Minus that stupid black tail panel. :frusty:
