There is are official "consumer laws" but it's made so you have to jump through moving hoops to act on it though.Does Australia have a lemon law? I would be heading that way soon man.

So it was predominately a Software Issue (plus a Throttle Position Sensor). Hope this finally solves it for you.FRIDAY UPDATE - Last lot of fault codes sent to Ford Engineers, new software sent and uploaded.
Told ALL Fault Codes are currently not occuring during Test Drive, EXCEPT now it shows a "Throttle Position Sensor" fault, new part ordered, complete Throttle Body as Sensor is not a seperate part, hope it arrives by Wednesday.
