E10 Gas. No e85. Winter driving w/ performance mods (tune / IMRC lockout / air intake / free flow exhaust ), thicker fluids, ( 5w30 engine oil, 75w140 diff fluid, Calimer cocktail in the trans ), air inlet temps -20c to -33c never going above -15c, etc. Lost about 1 mpg (same as summer), starts every time (even leaving it outside for 10hrs in -30c not plugged in), manual trans shifts just fine. Idles just fine. Once normalized engine coolant/cylinder head temps no difference compared to summer. Despite what you read on the net or here from some tuning YouTube superstar. Didn't have to drive it this winter, just wanted to.

Every vehicle I own/owned has always dropped 2-4mpg in winter months here (October-April). Cold air is thicker which creates more aerodynamic drag above 40mph, cold start warm ups for 5-10 minutes uses fuel, and all vehicle fluid viscosities are thicker (drag) until about 10-15 minutes into driving.

Just has been proven in most cases. :)

When you’re good, you can always do better than the window sticker values. :)

You can do better. Trust me.
do you mean shortshifting? I shortshift for the first 10-15 mins until oil is in the middle of the green, then go crazy
