Cold Start Misfire

Hello guys!

My 2016 Ecoboost ghost misfires and shakes a bit when RPM drops after cold start until the engine warms up after that it runs well without any issue plus It doesn't give me any trouble codes, this happened after a head-gasket replacement and engine rebuild.

Dealer and a lot Mechanics couldn't find my problem, I've tried changing Spark Plugs, Low-side fuel pressure sensor and EVAP purge valve. also tried resetting Misfire monitor neutral profile correction it made it better but still misfires.

I always put Premium fuel in car, vacuum reads around 17inHg at idle no A/C and the only modification I have is Borla Atak exhaust.

Do you hear the misfire in the front seat or is it most pronounced at the exhaust?

Do you hear the misfire in the front seat or is it most pronounced at the exhaust?

You can feel the car shakes or vibrates but I took a video of the exhaust so you guys could feel the change
