Okay, so I finished my install and the rear end is bugging me and I am hoping it is just an alignment issue. The rear end is 3/4 different from one side to the other and the side that is 3/4 taller, also has the wheel sticking out more. So, I took it all back apart, measured everything and the measurements were exactly the same on both sides. Put it back together and same issue. Not a lot or real noticeable, but... I know lol. Excuse the garage mess. Haha

Left rear is the one sticking out further.

Thanks in advance!!

Most likely you’ll need to realign your subframe. I’d recommend using Steeda’s subframe alignment kit.

So, since the subframe is also part of the... umm... whatever the undercarriage stiffener is called on a convertible, will that play a part as well?

The alignment dowels go where the large blue bolts go. Those align the subframe to chassis. The brace that you talk about only connects to front subframe brackets but it doesn’t align the subframe. So the best way is to get the dowels to get the guess work out of it.

Just ordered them. Thanks for the info. Will update once I get them.

Corner weights?
Did you adjust it as low as it will go? With the poke in the rear, I would be worried that the tire hits the fender when you hit a good size bump.

Nah, rear is about 1.5 and these coilovers will drop to 3. The subframe alignment makes sense. Only problem I see is those with verts having to remove the whole stiffener to get to the front bolts. It blocks the sleeves/ dowels from going into its hole.

Now that you have coil-overs, you have a new adjustment to set. Corner weights as @Grintch said. It's not that hard but whomever does it needs to have scales. Your driver's side being high will fix itself with a corner weight adjustment. Right now most of the car's weight is on one of the diagonals.
