I recently installed a ported 2018 IM, JLT CAI, and a VMP tune on my 2015 s550. I’ve driven about 5000 miles with the parts and had no issues. I was enjoying my car until car threw out these codes: P0010, P0013, P0020, P0023, P0135, P0141, P0155, P0161, P0443, P0446.

I replaced the F40 fuse that seemed to be connected to these DTC codes and also checked for a kinks in the wiring but found no issues evident issues.

Can anyone direct me where to look for the issue? Anyone had this problem? Not sure if it’s still the wiring, fuse, tune, O2 sensors, etc.

I’m having this exact same problem after putting on a new manifold. Did you ever figure out the issue?

No, we have the manifold locked out so we don’t even have them hooked up. They’re are taped to prevent any kind of short though.
Then there has to be a short somewhere. Now the fun part of tracking it down.

Pull your manifold and make sure you didn't pinch a wire. When I put my gt350 mani on the first time I kept getting a p0325 code and I thought it was the tune. I ended up pulling the manifold off to inspect and found that I cut one of the wires. It can happen to anyone

Pull your manifold and make sure you didn't pinch a wire. When I put my gt350 mani on the first time I kept getting a p0325 code and I thought it was the tune. I ended up pulling the manifold off to inspect and found that I cut one of the wires. It can happen to anyone
Pulled and manifold and the wiring harness to inspect all of it and can’t find anything wrong with it. Not even a scuff.

Pulled and manifold and the wiring harness to inspect all of it and can’t find anything wrong with it. Not even a scuff.
Revert to a previous tune before the manifold swap, clear the codes, KAM reset, start it up and see if they come back with the 18+ manifold still on. That'll tell yeah right away IF it's tune related. Only codes should be IMRC related.

Put the stock injectors back in if you still have them.
