Currently running Cobb stage 1 93 tune latest revision.
Anyone had any dramas with their A/T deciding to override your paddle shifts with trans in 'S' and driving mode in Sports+ or track?
Was doing a few 0-100kmph runs today and my A/T was deciding it would shift itself (short shift in fact) and do whatever the hell it wanted to throughout the runs in 'S' mode.
Lucky I caught it all on datalog and can clearly see that I command the first gear change from 1st to second gear at 5700 rpm using paddles. The shift is correct but as second gear is engaged the ECU immediately commands a 3rd gear shift which it does itself (un-commanded) and shorts shifts into 3rd at 4600 rpm.
This has happened to me many times now since I have had the Cobb tune. My 2017 factory shifting calibration felt light years ahead of this. It also can occur in all drive modes but mainly track and sports+.
My question is does anyone know if when you load a Cobb OTS tune that it overrides the factory A/T calibration and if so has anyone had any similar issues?
The major difference I can see is the fact that the gear shift position idicator is now always visible even in the normal 'sports' mode with selector in 'D'. On the factory tune the gear selector was only visible when 'S' is selected or sports+/track modes selected.
