No, you don't lol. If you have a manual, go into the settings and set your rpm limits for the LC, get out on the road, put the car into first gear, push in the clutch, rev the car to the limiter, release clutch, and go. For your first time, I'd set the rpms low just so you can get a feel for how it works.You need software to edit the calibration to enable it. IIRC, it's like $150.
