Right. That on ramp is fun to accelerate on. If you noticed the downshift, I planned on doing it right there, but noticed something weird going on so I hesitated.

How the hell did she get on the ramp going the wrong way from a 4 lane freeway? Must have made a 180 turn off the freeway ... stupid shit like that gets people killed.

Good chance she accidentally got on the freeway via an off ramp and got off at the next on ramp.

However

He was also over the double line. He was not coming towards me. Whether the road had a double line or not is really not relevant here...you just don't float over in front of someone

One could also argue the incident never would have occurred at all had you not attempted to pass in a no passing zone.

In short, nobody was right in this case. Both are equally to blame.
