Cleaning Oil from the cylinders

i would remove the spark plugs and then shove some rags down the hole using a long screw driver. Try some seafoam after you have gotten as much as you can and let it sit over night. The rest of the oil thats left should really just burn off after driving for a little bit.

Removal of spark plugs the key...

I agree that if there is no recurring oil problem...remove the spark plugs and turn the engine over a few times to drive the oil out. Use rags to prevent too much splatter.
I would switch rags and turn it over again. If little new oil...replace the plugs and start the engine. Be prepared for quite a bit of smoke while the cylinders burn off the excess.
The engine bay and floor are going to be oily so be prepared for a cleanup.
