Okay so as some of you may know, i had a bit of an engine scare with some huge misfires and oil in the cylinders.

anyway ive had ford do some diagnostics (they didnt help at all for the most part) but i think between the info from them, myself, and mr. tune+ himself, i just need to make a few easy changes.

My primary concern was that the engine could have blown a piston ring or a head gasket, but that doesnt appear to be the case given the diagnostics. thats about the only helpful info i got from ford.

Anyway now my current problem is that I have a large amount of oil in cylinders 2 and 3 and a little bit in 1 and 4. How do i go about cleaning that out without ripping the head off? Will something like B-12 do the job or something else? Is ripping the head off pretty much my only option? I'm not sure. Its a decent amount of oil, and it caused the plugs to foul out pretty quickly.

i would remove the spark plugs and then shove some rags down the hole using a long screw driver. Try some seafoam after you have gotten as much as you can and let it sit over night. The rest of the oil thats left should really just burn off after driving for a little bit.

Remove spark plugs, put rags all over the engine bay and floor the gas pedal and hit engine start problem solved

if this is a running engine you dont have to do anything. Excess oil in a cylinder will burn off in a few seconds or a minute at most unless there is an underlying problem causing the oil such as a broken oil control ring, bad valve guide, etc.

What he said.... You might want to do a leak down test to make sure your motor is ok.

Yeah I'm not really sure it's been at ford. They aren't too helpful gonna have to wrench it myself and figure it out I guess

Remove the spark plugs and then turn the car upside down. All oil should drain out of the cylinders.
You might have to shake it a little to get it out of the tight spots.....

Then after oil is removed insert dip stick in spark plug hole to verify it's empty
