Cigarette lighter and auxiliary power question

I have a 2016 v6 mustang and suddenly i have no power in the cigarette lighter /auxiliary ports . I checked there is power at fuse box and fuses and tried a different relay in slot (69) still no power at ports inside does anyone have any other idea of what i could check ? Thanks
