Check the flap on the fuel inlet. Insert the funnel and pull it out make sure the flap closes and its clean, no debris.

Check your evap system, check hoses and connections under the hood and at the canister (under spare tire well). If your evap purge valve is left disconnected to venting to atmosphere under the hood it will cause this error intermittently.

Thanks man. This is probably a dumb question but "under the spare tire well" that's underneath the car right lol. Also should I try (what the guy did in the video I posted below) first?

Yes under the car youll see the canister with all the lines going to it. Just quickly check over them make sure nothing is disconnected. Especially check the purge valve under the hood. If left disconected from your last repair it could take a couple weeks for the error to show. Won't hurt to try the video suggestion either.

I’ve tried your suggestion, I’ve tried the video, I’ve checked the evap line under the car, and even heat wrapped them, thinking the exhaust is heating it up and causing this. Can’t figure it out for the life of me. Funny how it only happens after i install my Paxton kit and 18 manifold. Did it on my first MT-82 car. Returned to stock and no problem. My auto car never did it, put the manifold and blower on, and she’s back on again. Emailed the first tuner and they swore up and down it was a legit problem. Now on the auto I’m using a different tuner, and he reccomended rechecking the lines. I’m at witts end with it at this point, going to start swapping parts (intake manifolds) until the warning stops coming up. Because eventually it causes a check engine light, and can’t get the damn car inspected. Super annoying.

My money is on the 18 manifold evap valve hookup. Make sure it's hooked up properly or post up a pic here. That's what it was for me

A shop installed the manifold for me, here’s some pictures, it’s pretty cramped for sure. If you find something wrong I’ll be forever in your debt lmao

Bingo, it's a little unclear but it looks like nothing is connected to the bottom of the evap solenoid. The green push lock is connected but a rubber hose has to be connected to the nipple on the bottom that goes to the manifold.

Here is a picture of how mine is hooked up and oriented.

Youres looks a little different than mine, maybe mine is upside down and thats affecting it? I thought it wasn’t connected either, but It is connected to the manifold, it’s the braided line circled in these photos. I thought maybe it could be the boost also, but I’m not sure.

Mine is upside down to make it easier to route the hose. Trace the hose back make sure its connected to the same spot as mine. Mine is boosted too no problems.
