That's actually louder than I expected for the Switchfire but sounds rowdy!

I have the Steeda H with their axle back and have slight to no drone. Maybe a little around the 1500-2500rpm range but I'm reaching. Most of the sound is outside the car. My scion Tc from several years back had more cabin drone than this. Cold starts are loud. Driving the car normally the car sounds tame and not obnoxious. No highway drone. Enjoyable to drive.

It wakes up nicely across the RPM band at least in my opinion. Sounds mean and gets loud when you step on it but nothing crazy. It's louder than stock minus the "tinny" sound from the stock mufflers.

I highly recommend the H pipe. The X might be louder overall and would give you more rasp over the h.

I had the NXT Step axle-backs which also look identical to the SVE/Roush/Steeda designs and hated them. Droned like hell. Booming, migraine inducing low RPM drone.
These might look the same but perhaps not identical designs. I have the Roush axle back. No drone, and sound good with the stock resonator.

My Steeda's didn't drone...not a bit. Just way to trumpety and rasp with the Borla Switchfire.
